Atma
Atma can read only what VedaBase gives it. It shows sources, asks before changing your work, and cannot rewrite the library or freely edit its own memory.
The complete database candidate has passed technical checks. Its texts, book structure, citations, languages, and word search have been verified, and the Mac app has opened this exact candidate.
The Mac app will adapt to the real shape of every work. Projects will remain useful without Atma, and anything Atma remembers will belong to the user.
The owner must approve the database candidate. Meaning-based search and Atma must be tested, Project conversations and memory must be built, and the complete Mac app must pass release review.
First protect the library. Then prove search. Next build a beautiful Mac reader and research space. Add Atma carefully, one useful and trustworthy ability at a time.
The complete candidate has passed its technical checks. The owner must still decide whether this exact version becomes the library used by the app and future search.
Ask qualified readers to judge real searches in every important language. Compare approaches, and make sure every result opens back to the exact words in the source.
Scriptures, essays, letters, lectures, conversations, and other writings will each keep their natural structure instead of being forced into one old-fashioned layout.
Begin with one simple question-and-answer experience that always cites its sources. Add Project conversations, correctable memory, writing help, and Paramatma review only after each earlier step has proved trustworthy.
Windows will follow only after the Mac app is stable. Approved outside assistants may later search a read-only online copy of the library. A mobile app will be considered separately.
